A total of thirty five seats will be available for academy participants
Enrollment forms will be digitally provided on this website for completion and submission
Applicants should have experience working with Broward County continuum of care providers
Applicants should be Broward County residents with a strong interest and commitment to ending the HIV Epidemic
Five sessions consisting of ten training modules will be offered
Completion of nine modules will be required for graduation
Complementary lunch will be provided at all sessions
Graduation dinner will be held at conclusion of the academy with certificates awarded

Upon official acceptance, applicants must be reachable and/or respond to coordinator by TBD
Applicants from Broward County care continuum providers will need to provide supervisor approval for attendance
